Running SA and the Adelaide City Council have teamed up to create a new award-winning initiative called the Women’s Recreational Running Network (WRRN). The WRRN aims to activate underutilised city parks and break down barriers for women's participation in physical activity within the City of Adelaide.

The concept involves a “run club” where women can get together under the guidance of a qualified run leader in a non-threatening environment.

  • Is FREE! All you have to do is sign up using this online registration form!
  • Caters for women of all ages and abilities. In fact, if you're new to running, this is a great opportunity to get involved!
  • Is operated by nationally accredited running coaches - all of whom enjoy running themselves!
  • Is flexible. You can attend as often or as little as you like
  • Has various days and times available (and we are working on adding more!)
  • Will initially take place in Bonython Park and Victoria Park
  • Rewards you for participating. Attend 5 times and you get a free WRRN t-shirt *

Over 1750 women have already signed up, with around 50% of these being beginning runners! So what are you waiting for?! Sign up today for FREE!
