Senior teams can comprise of any age group members that fall into the U20, Open, O35 and O50 categories.  The age of the oldest athlete will dictate the age of the team, however O35 and O50 athletes may run down an age. You may utilise Junior athletes in the senior categories if you wish.

Junior teams can only comprise of age group members that fall into the U18, U16 and U14 age categories. The age of the oldest athlete will dictate the age of the team. 

Age groups are determined by the age of the athlete by 31st December 2016.

Gender: All teams must be made up of the same Gender.  Teams who wish to compete in a mixed gender can do so but will not qualify for points or positions. 

If any members within a team are unregistered with Athletics SA and a club, that team will not qualify for points.
