Please note:
You may run members up an age in order to fill teams. The age of the oldest athlete will dictate the age of the team.  

Age groups are determined by the age of the athlete by 31st December 2016.

Gender:
All teams must be made up of the same Gender.  
Teams who wish to compete in a mixed gender can do so but will not qualify for points or positions. 

Teams who wish to run a shorter distance can do so but will not qualify for points or positions.
