The Adelaide Harriers Athletics Club, supported by the Women's Recreational Running Network (WRRN) and Running SA, will again host the Women's Run in the Park series in 2022.

Women's Run in the Park (WRIP) is a series that includes four live events in Adelaide's South Terrace Parklands (listed below), as well as four virtual events for participants to complete and upload in their own time (if they wish).

This event series welcomes women of all ages, backgrounds and abilites come together for a run or walk in a free timed event across 3km or 5km.

Complete as many live or virtual runs as you would like!

The purpose of the event is to encourage regular activity in a safe and social environment, while challenging individuals to improve their running or walking ability across the eight (live and virtual) runs. With the support of Running SA, Adelaide Harriers and the WRRN, we are aiming to increase the number of women who are regularly active in a safe and friendly environment, whilst promoting the benefits that come from running. So why not grab a friend and join us across any of the four live events!
