The Westpac City-Bay Fun Run Presented by Sunday Mail is South Australia's largest fun run. Participants are able to walk, run or wheelchair their way down ANZAC Highway from Adelaide to Glenelg in a 3km, 6km, 12km, and Half Marathon event. Proceeds from the City-Bay support athletics communities in South Australia, while the event also acts as a platform for fundraising activities. The first City-Bay was run in November 1973 and ever since up to 40,000 people from around Australia have participated in the event.
