We are a community recreational running group centred around the Unley Social. We offer weekly runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays in an inclusive and supportive environment. 

When and Where We Meet: Unley Run Club meets at Unley Social, 70 King William Road, leaving at 6 am for 10km or 6:30 am for 5km on Wednesdays and 7 am for 6 or 3km on Saturdays.

The Run Club Adelaide, RCA, is a free run club based on the UniLoop. No booking or membership required! Just show up and run with us every Thursday at 6 am for interval training. Our running club is non-competitive, and inclusive, fostering a fun and friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone, regardless of age, ability or prior running experience.

At RCA we encourage all members to get socially involved in whatever capacity. We can exchance running routes and tips, shar training plans, discuss upcoming races and events, socialise and make friends both on and offline.

A social and serious group. Originated in Mount Gambier so an excellent group for country athletes moving to the city. Ages range from 13 -26 years. Mainly distance runners, BUT we have some very good sprinters.

When and Where we Meet: North Adelaide - We meet at the UNI LOOP in North Adelaide, with our main sessions being on Tuesday and Thursday from 5.15 pm.

The Southern Sharks exist to support each and every member to enjoy running.

When and Where we Meet: Southern Metropolitan Adelaide, the Southern Vales and Fleurieu Penninsula. Grass Track Intervals are at 6 pm Tuesday and Thursday (Christies Beach High School), Runrise runners are at 5:30 am Tuesday and Thursday (Rotary Park Christies Beach), and at 6:30 pm Fridays at various regional locations.

Adelaide Frontrunners is an international LGBTIQ+ ally running group. It is a non-competitive - fun, friendly and open to everyone regardless of age, ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. This is a place for Adelaide and Adelaide-affiliated members to connect, have representation, run with like-minded individuals, and celebrate the joy and benefits running can have for us all. Through an inclusive community, the frontrunners people can build their confidence, share running routes and tips, train plans, discuss upcoming races and events, socialise, make some friends along the way and develop their confidence in running and fitness.

When and Where We Meet: The Adelaide Frontrunners community meets twice weekly on Wednesday at 6 am and Saturday at 8 am. On Wednesday, the Adelaide Frontrunners alternate between two locations: Loxley, 20 The Parade W, Kent Town, SA 5067 and The RUNHÔUSE, 38 Charles St, Norwood, SA 5067. On Saturday, we join one of the local 5km parks around Adelaide, SA. All locations are announced in advance via our social media platforms or through our monthly schedule.

Running Mums Australia is an Australian network for women and mums who run. RMA is a safe place for women to discuss running and connect with runners in their local community and around Australia. RMA exists to bring positive change and connection through the vehicle of running and improve the health and well-being of women and families in Australia. RMA has been created to champion the everyday woman. We believe that nothing is out of your reach, and together you can fulfil your dreams. We are a community recreational running group within the Team Tempo Running Community. We offer 1 x weekly (Monday) interval session in an inclusive and supportive environment for distance runners who want to improve their running. Other options and group runs are organised sporadically.  Individual personalised running programs are available through the TempoRun coach.

When and Where We Meet:  The Fleurieu Run Tribe are based in the Victor Harbor and Fleurieu area. The group meets every Monday at 6:15 am at the Causeway Cafe Carpark, 1 The Esplanade, Victor Harbor.

We cater for all abilities of recreational fun runners, in a fun, friendly, safe, and social training environment. Train under good lights, mostly doing time-based pace variation sessions where all participants run at their own pace starting and finishing at the same time. All abilities catered for. Some participants are even just walkers only. No one gets held back, no one gets left behind. We do it all together.

Athletics Australia accredited coaching also offering basic individual advice and attention. Enjoy the support of a community club and facilities (track, light, change rooms/toilets, and a large gym area to perform alternative indoor exercise in the event of inclement weather).

Our aim is to assist participants to experience the fun of running and do so in a social team environment.
