Run for fun, fitness and enjoyment.
Aim for Personal Best results or improve your running on the track across the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m distances.
An exciting and welcoming "team" atmosphere, meet like-minded people or find a new running group.
Try running on the Track for the first time
Record an accurate, officially recognised time.
Enjoy the atmosphere of the stadium, which includes a brand new big screen, lighting for night events, a grandstand and a canteen.
